SOUS CHEF
- Must have a degree in Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts;
- With at least 3 year experience in Kitchen Management preferably in hotel;
- Knowledgeable in Filipino, Asian, and Western cuisine;
- Incorporate imagination and skill in menu development;
- Preferably computer literate;
- Can form and operate an organized system that includes inventory management, food cost, and labor cost;
- Fluent in oral and written English; and
- With high leadership skills and be able to train kitchen staff.
COMMIS I BAKER
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in HRM, Culinary Arts, or equivalent;
- At least 1 year experience in handling kitchen tasks with expertise in breads;
- Ability to prepare food in hygienic and timely manner;
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes;
- With keen attention to details, good taste and smell in order to ensure the best quality for the finished products;
- Assist with the cleaning, hygiene, and organization of kitchen, barge in coolers, and all storage areas; and
- Has the ability to work on variable occasion, including early mornings, evening and/or weekends.
