SOUS CHEF

  • Must have a degree in Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts;
  • With at least 3 year experience in Kitchen Management preferably in hotel;
  • Knowledgeable in Filipino, Asian, and Western cuisine;
  • Incorporate imagination and skill in menu development;
  • Preferably computer literate;
  • Can form and operate an organized system that includes inventory management, food cost, and labor cost;
  • Fluent in oral and written English; and
  • With high leadership skills and be able to train kitchen staff.

COMMIS I BAKER

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in HRM, Culinary Arts, or equivalent;
  • At least 1 year experience in handling kitchen tasks with expertise in breads;
  • Ability to prepare food in hygienic and timely manner;
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes;
  • With keen attention to details, good taste and smell in order to ensure the best quality for the finished products;
  • Assist with the cleaning, hygiene, and organization of kitchen, barge in coolers, and all storage areas; and
  • Has the ability to work on variable occasion, including early mornings, evening and/or weekends.
